Most of our staff hold Animal welfare qualifications level 3 or above and are continually updating there skills. We only offer the top brands of cat food, cat friendly cleaning products helping to maintain the highest standards for your cats stay.

Our minimum stay is 3 days.
Bank Holidays are charged double.
Remaining Bank Holidays in 2025 are December 25th & 26th.

OPENING HOURS (TO THE PUBLIC)
MONDAY TO FRIDAY: 10am to 10 noon – 2pm to 4pm
Saturday :10am to 12 noon
Sunday & Bank Holidays: closed
Out of Hours drop off and pick up. Must be prearranged as these are subject to availability.
We do offer an out of hours service for:
Saturday 4pm prompt
Sunday Morning collection/drop offs. 10am or 4pm prompt
An additional charge of £10 applies.
Long Term Boarding
We do offer a discount for stays longer than a month. However cats who stay with us over a long term, 4 weeks or more, actually need more care and attention. For example they need longer play sessions, use of interactive toys, more time spent cuddling/grooming etc to help keep them stimulated and happy.
PAYMENT:
A 25% deposit is required, to secure your booking.

Cash,Bac’s, Cheque or Card
Note: BAC’s payments must show your unique 4 digit invoice number showed on your confirmation email..
ALL invoices must be settled 7 days prior to the start of your booking. Bookings less than £75.00 must be paid in full at the time of booking.
If you arrive early to collect your cat, the original fee will still apply
If you arrive late we cannot guarantee we will be able to offer any extension. We will endeavor to resolve this by moving your cat to a different pen. Additional fees may apply.
Any payments paid by BAC’s must show your unique 4 digit invoice number showed on your booking form.
ALL invoices must be settled 7 days prior to the start of your booking.

If you arrive late we can guarantee that we will be able to offer any extebntion to your cats stay as this depends on availability. Additional fees do apply.
