Yes, We do encourage this, we ask that you make an appointment. However we do have to restrict numbers due to health & safety concerns.

If you arrive early to collect your cat, the original fee will still apply
If you collect your cat(s) late we cannot guarantee we will be able to offer any extension. Any extra days spent with us you will be charged at the rate applicable at the time.

We will endeavor to resolve this by moving your cat to a different pen. Additional fees may apply.

ALL cats must be fully vaccinated and will need to provide evidence of this, normally a vaccination card provided by the vet will suffice.
All cats was need to flead and wormed in accordance with the current boarding regulations.
If it is found that your cat has fleas or worms we will treat them the owner will incur an additional cost of £10.00 per treatment.

If your cat is staying in a cattery then it is no longer a house cat.

A current vaccination card is required by your vet. All vaccination should be completed 4 weeks prior to your stay. A shorter time may be possible depending on your vet.

It is a requirement detailed in the current Animal Boarding regulations that emergency contact details are taken, this is because you may not be contactable should your pet be unwell, or your flight may be delayed, by naming them you are giving us permission to talk to them or to release the cat into their care.

Yes we will need evidence that all cats are flead and wormed, we will need the date and what treatment was used.

If your cat is found to have fleas and requires treatment we will treat it at a cost of £10.00. If a deep clean is required, then a further charge may apply. This is required for ALL cats irrespective of being a house cat or not. This ensures the cat that previously occupied the pen doesn’t pass anything on to others.

We provide the main brand of wet and dry food. We are unable to offer any food prescribed by your vet. Please ask for details at the time of booking.

We do daily health checks of All our boarders, so if something isn’t quite right, maybe their appetite or behaviour is quite right then we would make contact with you or your emergency contact informing you of our concerns, we would then decide what to do. If we can’t contact you and the cat is in any discomfort then we would take the cat to our nominated vets. Any costs incurred would be payable by yourself.

Your cat(s) is fully insured whilst staying with us. Should the cat experience an injury or a new medical condition the cost may be covered by our insurance. No pre existing conditions are covered.

We don’t charge for the administration of any medication. We do require that any medication is clearly labelled with the cats name along with the dosage and how many times it needs to be given, No medication will be given unless these conditions are met. All medication details to be disclosed at the time of booking.

Booking Process

You can bring small items of clothing, or a cat bed. We do provide “vetbed”, which is designed to provide comfort for the cat and is recommended by veterinary practioners. We can no longer accept customers water fountains or large scatch posts.

Toys: we do provide toys for the cats stay however if they have a favourite toy then please do bring it with you.

Treats: We do provide treats but you are more than welcome to bring some along.

The owners must read and ideally sign our terms and conditions. The owner must disclose any medical conditions or behaviours which may have impact on their cats stay. Sadly we cannot guarantee the integrity of our clients and therefore each owner boards there animal at their own risk. 

We charge from the day of arrival to and including the date of departure

Yes we require a 25% deposit at the date of booking. All bookings less than £75.00. to be paid in full at the time of booking. All deposits are non-refundable and not transferrable.

We offer the following payment methods. Cash, Bank transfer, Cheque Or we provide card machine facilities.

Our preferred method of payment is cash.

The balance of your payment, net of any deposit paid, should be made 7 days prior to drop off.

These details are contained in our terms and conditions however if you are late for your agreed booking or don’t show you will have to pay for the full booking. If you cancel withing a month of your booking then 100% of your booking will still need to be apaid.  This is because we have to give our staff notice when they need to work, if you should cancel staff costs will still have to be met.
